**Client Success Manager (Full Time)**

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, ensuring they receive seamless support throughout their coaching journey. Your responsibilities will span logístical coordination, emotional support, and fostering strong relationships with students to enhance their experience and maximize their success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Onboarding**: Conduct personalized welcome calls to introduce students to the program and set expectations.
- **Emotional Support**: Offer empathetic and professional support to students, addressing concerns and maintaining their confidence.
- **Monthly Engagement**: Conduct regular catch-up calls to monitor progress and build strong relationships.
- **Program Completion**: Manage off-boarding processes for students, ensuring a positive and memorable closure to their experience.
- **Relationship Management**: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services and encourage referrals to expand the coaching community. Gather and manage student testimonials to showcase the program's impact and success stories.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Positive, empathetic, and patient demeanor, with the ability to connect and build trust with students.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple student interactions seamlessly.
- **Bonus**: Prior experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating a proven ability to foster client relationships.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
