We are looking for a driven **Client Success Manager** to join our Client Success Team. As a **Client Success Manager**, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs. You will serve as a product, company and industry ambassador, ensuring successful adoption, usage, and growth of Handshakes.

As a **Client Success Manager**, you will:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and maintain a thorough knowledge of Handshakes’ products/services
- Develop/enhance customer relationships to drive revenue and user growth within the designated portfolio
- Drive promotional initiatives and sales strategies for new feature and product launches to generate upselling opportunities
- Identify and prioritize product/service updates that reflect customer requests, industry, market and competitor trends and report to key stakeholders
- Provide insight and relay the voice of customer with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance and Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Business Development, Sales or related field
- Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices
- Previous experience growing, scaling, training and supervising a CSM team (preferably)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
