Job Summary:

- Responsible to assist the head of department HSE Unit in Occupational Safety and Health to make sure the company complies with OSHA 1994 and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Advice management in compliance to safety, health and environment law and regulation (FMA,OSHA, EQA)
- Perform safety, health and environment induction and briefing to new employees.
- Monitor every activities to ensure comply to safety, health and environment rules and regulation.
- Liaise with DOSH/BOMBA/DOE and other related local authorities regarding to any schedule inspection and unscheduled inspection.
- Coordinate and conduct investigation of accident and incident, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisoning/occupational diseases and report to DOSH thru JKKP 6, JKKP 7, JKKP 8.
- Follow up any safety, health and environment inspection report and develop action plan.
- Prepare monthly safety and health report.
- Organize training to promote awareness of OSH requirement in the workplace.
- Conduct HIRARC and work procedure or process when required.
- In charge of renewal for PMA/PMT every year.
- Conduct safety meeting periodically to ensure compliance of HSE requirement.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Familiar with schedule waste (advantage)
- Ensure security guards report on duty or any issues during their working hours.
- Handling covid-19 issues and precautions.
- Familiar with ISO 14001 & 45001 audits

Qualification and Skill Requirement
- Preferably Degree Occupational Safety and Health or related
- at least 3 years working experience in safety and health.
- Good in conducting inspection and accident reports at workplace.
- Experienced in OSHA 1994 and related regulations.
- Ability to communicate verbally with individuals within and outside organization.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
