Assist in the development, review and ensure implementation of the risk assessment process based on HIRARC, Aspect Impact and other documents.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HSE management system at the workplace and follow up on audits by internal/ external parties.
- Assist HSE managers to follow up on day-to-day matters related to HSE.
- Guide HSE practitioners on matters related to the HSE system and standards based on the company requirements.
- Promote a safety culture and enhance safety awareness at worksites by conducting periodic inspections and/ or training programs.
- Assisting role in planning and executing initiatives as per the Annual HSE Plan (i.e. HSE Training, Audit, Inspections, Induction, Meeting, Discussion)
- Compile data, analyze and follow up on reporting accidents, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisoning and occupational diseases at the workplace.
- To assist in the investigation process for HSE related incidents within the company.
- Track and follow up to ensure proper actions are taken to address any unsafe act or unsafe condition (UCUA) within the group.
- Assist in ensuring full compliance with legal and other requirements on all matters related to HSE and Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG).

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Safety or related, must registered with DOSH Headquarters Putrajaya as competence Safety & Health Officer
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the glove manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in similar field or position
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 standard and ISO 9001 standard in the Glove manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Be resourceful, dynamic, passion for the job and high motivation.
- Functional literacy, with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, details oriented, mature and an excellent team player.
- Able to work under pressure and continuously improve with good adaptability in accepting and managing changes as well as meeting deadlines.
- Able to organize complex workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
