Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Selangor, Malaysia, involves ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance across company operations. The Safety, Health & Environment Executive will develop and implement policies to promote workplace safety, conduct risk assessments, and oversee adherence to environmental regulations. Responsibilities will include regular safety audits, training for employees, managing incident reports, and fostering a safety-driven culture within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of workplace Safety, Health, and Environmental management standards and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in conducting Risk Assessments, Safety Audits, and producing related documentation
  • Ability to develop, implement, and oversee policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Certifications in Occupational Safety and Health, such as OSHA or NEBOSH, is an added advantage
  • Certification in Environmental Professional in scheduled waste management CePSWaM, is an added advantage.
