ZALORA is looking for an analytical and process-oriented person with an interest in fashion and operation management to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of fulfillment-related data to support operational efficiency, performance improvements, and strategic decision-making regionally in MY, PH & ID. This role requires expertise in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and a deep understanding of supply chain and fulfillment operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the operation processes and large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas, primarily focusing operation processes.
- Prepare structured business cases to evaluate potential business opportunities
- Create flow charts, presentations, standard operating procedures, and supporting documentation for the implementation of improvement projects
- Contribute to critical project management phases such as project planning, stakeholders communication, and improvement execution
- Manager and set up KPI reports to Operations leaders and other project stakeholders
- Forecast and planning of manpower planning for MY fulfilment center based on operational key metric such as operation hours, productivity and forecast volume from commercial
- Consolidation of data and reporting for all types of incentive compensation, overtime
- Resolves reconciliation issues related to incentive data and/or overtime payouts
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members within the BI Fulfillment team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that the team stays up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other Quantitative degrees
- 3-5 years working experience in a process improvement or project management role within ecommerce/internet startups, manufacturing or logistics companies, or consulting firms
- Advanced skills in Looker and SQL, and/or other Business Intelligence packages. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem structuring, comfortable to use flow charts and other workflow mapping tools to express connections between activities and processes
- Comfortable to work with numbers and interest to gain insights from large datasets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have passion in operations and continuous process improvement
- Eager to learn, can-do attitude, comfortable to work in a multicultural, fast paced, dynamic environment
- Eager to build a career in process design and project management within a leading e-commerce company
- Excellent spoken and written English

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management System.
- Strong understanding of predictive analytics and machine learning techniques for forecasting fulfillment needs and optimizing operations.
