Job Description:

Communicating and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Update stock records/reports
Organizing and managing documents such as purchase orders, sales orders and invoices.
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork and records.
Supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance.
Coordinating with the logistics or store department to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Ensuring effective communication and coordination between various departments involved in the sales process.
Requirement:
At least two (2) years working experience. Knowledge in steel products would be advantaged.
Education: Diploma
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Sales Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
