**The Impact You’ll Make**

As a Change Manager at Lam, you'll review and analyze complex business problems and solutions for Logistics Business processes.

You'll bridge gaps, provide Functional and Technical expertise to review the solutions and ensure it meets the Lam Business requirements that fits well in the End-to-End processes.

Your contributions within dynamic cross-functional teams are essential in supporting Lam’s Digital transformation journey.

In this role, you will directly contribute to deliver intuitive solutions that increases Logistics process efficiencies and eliminates bottlenecks in the Change Management thus lower the ongoing TCO for the Company.

This position will be the Gatekeeper to S/4 Production and ensure that the changes ready for Production adhere to Lam standards, along with the necessary documentations and approvals in place.

Also, Control the pipeline of DT deliverables ready for movement to Production and ensures meeting of DT timelines.

**What You’ll Do**
- Review the changes ready for Production and ensure that they adhere to Lam standards, along with the necessary documentations and approvals.
- Clearly articulate the impact of business problems, benefits, and business case associated with the changes.
- Collaborate in cross-functional projects with technical, functional, and business teams, and System Integrators to manage implementations and deployments.
- Manage the pipeline of DT deliverables ready for movement to Production and adhere to DT timelines.

**Who We’re Looking For**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of related experience in Change Management.
- 5+ years of Functional Expertise in Logistics Execution and Warehousing processes.
- Hands on experience in SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management (S/4 HANA experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, for various levels and audiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Project management knowledge or experience is beneficial.
- Experience with S/4 HANA and Service Now preferred.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
