**Responsibilities**
- Manage and update the eCommerce website, ensuring all product listings, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through various online channels
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
- Ensure all orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched in a timely manner
- Pack orders efficiently and Prepare shipping labels
- Develop a weekly or monthly live schedule in alignment with marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Female
- At least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field
- Familiar with online marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Webstore. know about SiteGiant Software will be an advantage
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising tools
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Work location based at Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
