In line with our current expansion plans, we are in the midst of seeking a Paralegal to join our team.

Contract Duration: 6 months (Preference will be given to students pursuing CLP )

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin;
- Past experience as a paralegal
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with legal databases (CLJlaw, Lexis Nexis and etc.)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist partners and lawyers in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparations.
- Manage and organize case files and documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
