Job Description 1) Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, diligently following up on leads and opportunities. 2) Conduct product presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services. 3) Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins and customer satisfaction. 4) Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager. 5) Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a smooth sales process and seamless customer experience. Requirements : 1) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding quotas. 2) Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. 3) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas. 4) Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and persistent approach. 5) Diploma in Business administration / Marketing / Engineering or any related field. 6) Experience in the renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
