**Job Description & Requirement: -**
- Reports to the Senior Development Manager
- To ensure the understanding of each and every product sold in the company (Product Knowledge)
- Recognizing competitors and analyze the market share of the products, to be shared to the team
- Able to give sales presentation to prospective clinic
- To generate sales leads and develop new strategies for closing sales.
- Meeting and exceeding sales target given by the management
- Preparing Monthly Sales Planning Itinerary, Weekly and Monthly Reports
- Working closely with the Marketing campaigns prepared by the Company
- Visiting clinics on a day-to-day basis in the given sales area
- Maintaining clinics sales record and grow the potentials with the customers
- Collecting deposits, full and balance of payments from customers according to Company’s collection term (collection target)
- Able to support on the after sales service
- For Dental Implant, one is required to be on standby all the time as Dr might require backup stocks anytime.
- Able to assist surgery during the procedures
- Required to work on weekends, if there are any events organized by the Company (with replacement leave given)
- This position required outside and outstation travels to Dental Clinics and Customer’s premises.
- To be on standby with telephone calls from customers during non-working hours
- Works closely with our Administration, Accounts departments to ensure smooth workflow
- PC Proficiency, able to do quotations as required by customers
