**Responsibilities**:
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, translating findings into clear and actionable specifications.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement:

- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, internal teams, and project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating a shared understanding of project requirements.

3. Documentation:

- Create comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories that serve as a foundation for software development.
- Work closely with clients to validate and refine requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Collaboration with System Analysts:

- Collaborate with System Analysts to ensure a seamless transition from business requirements to technical specifications.
- Provide necessary documentation and support to System Analysts for the successful implementation of software solutions.

5. Project Support:

- Assist project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. **Contribute in project planning, risk analysis, and change management processes.**

6. Client Satisfaction:

- Continuously engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with delivered software solutions.
- Work towards building long-term client relationships and understanding evolving business needs.

7. Custom Software Solutions:

- Work closely with software development teams to contribute to the design and implementation of tailored software solutions.

8. Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay informed about regulatory requirements relevant to software
- Ensure that software solutions comply with industry-specific standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Academic qualifications in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with leading business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the private and public sector environments.
- Able to travel to Cyberjaya for work purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
