**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **E-Commerce Platform Management**
- Manage and optimize our product listings on Shopee, Lazada, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Meta Business, Google Business, and other related platforms.
- Ensure product information, prices, and promotions are accurate and up to date.

2. **Analytics & Performance Monitoring**
- Track and analyze e-commerce and marketing performance through business analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on platform data to improve sales and customer engagement.

3. **Market Trend & Consumer Research**
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to help refine product offerings, marketing strategies, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

4. **Marketing Campaigns**
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to increase ROI.

5. **Customer Feedback & Engagement**
- Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels and implement strategies for improvement.
- Engage with customers through WeChat, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues.

6. **General Administration**
- Assist with creating presentations, reports, and marketing materials using tools like Microsoft 365, Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and WPS Office.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Meta Business, and Google Business.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and WPS Office.
- Familiarity with WeChat and WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent market trend research skills and ability to gather and interpret customer feedback.
- **Language Proficiency**: Best if able to communicate fluently in English, Malay, and Chinese.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education requirement: Degree, Diploma, or A-levels in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,100.00 per month
