**Job Function**:

- To attend to all secretarial and personal administrative duties in a confidential manner
- To liaise with internal and external parties on all matter company and personal matters
- Prepare minutes of meetings and any secretarial work
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms accordingly.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
- This also include translate the documents or live translation.
- Monitor deliverables and making sure all HOD provide an update timely to the Directors
- Coordinate and schedule appointment, meeting, etc
- Organize travelling plans and itinerary of the Director and make necessary booking arrangement
- Handle and organize corporate events
- Prepare and submit Claims for Director
- Assist Director in his personal arrangements and matter
- Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by Directors
**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year(s) of practical experience in a similar position
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Diploma or above in any relevant field
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
