**Job description**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth, clear, and timely communication across all parties.
- Conduct comprehensive and regular market analysis related to the company’s business portfolio; synthesize findings into actionable insights and detailed reports to support the Managing Director’s strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s calendar by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging complex travel itineraries, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare, coordinate, and review a variety of documents including reports, presentations, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, demonstrating strong ethical standards and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing, prioritizing, and tracking multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the Managing Director, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting top-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. A background in sales and marketing or business administration is welcomed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
