Providing estimated time of delivery (ETD) for commercial inquiries within 2 working days, taking into account stock levels, capacity availability, customer expectations and other production constraints.
- Developing and maintaining a workbook that serves as the primary source document for production planning, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Analyzing production capacity and capabilities to determine the feasibility of meeting production targets.
- Generating management reports related to factory capacity utilization, order receiving, and stock levels, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with operations and commercial teams to address issues related to commercial orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating sample orders efficiently to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Keeping detailed records of production orders (POs) and distributing them among relevant department heads for execution.
- Managing the maintenance of the Home Base order tracking master and facilitating meetings between the Inhesion Malaysia (IM) and Home Base (HB) operation teams.
- Compiling and preparing daily production reports to track progress and identify any deviations from planned targets.
- Developing the plan for the Mould department to optimize utilization of resources and ensure timely production.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning
- Strong in interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Medium-high level of excel proficiency - V/H/X lookups and Pivot Tables is a must and
- Presentation skills with PowerPoint
- Working experience in Manufacturing is highly preferred, but not a must.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
