**Key Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition
- Support in building a talent pool for existing roles for succession planning purposes.
- Liaise with the recruitment team to support manpower placements.

Onboarding and Orientation
- Facilitate effective orientation and onboarding of new joiners.
- Provide guidance and support to new hires through monthly check-ins.
- Data entry of new hires into payroll software.
- Administration of leave management, and other employee benefits

Offboarding
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for organizational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with payroll and legal requirements related to employee separation.
- Facilitate the collection and documentation of office assets from departing employees.

Employee Relations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify performance trends and recommend interventions to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

Employee Engagement and Experience
- Assist in conducting quarterly surveys on employee engagement levels.
- Assist in planning and conducting quarterly Townhalls and other staff engagement activities.
- Prepare engagement reports using statistics and data collected.
- Implement engagement initiatives and recommend ideas that would help to engage the ground workforce

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Technology industry or IT Outsourcing Services environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Word, Excel, Hellosign/Docusign.
- Prior experience in SAGE EasyPay system is an advantage.
- Detailed and meticulous with his/her work.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both spoken and written in English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
- Must be able to work from office, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
