Job Description
1. Ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments/rental.
2. Work closely with related departments to resolve tenants disputes and develop strategies to improve collections.
3. Look for ways to improve debt collection process.
5. Negotiate with tenants to ensure prompt settlement of overdue rentals.
6. Issue invoices, statements, reminders and credit notes to tenants.
7. Liaise with third parties in recovering difficult debts e.g. solicitors on litigation matters, etc.
8. Prepare management reports on collections and debt recovery actions.
9. Keeping updated record in system and ensure document’s filing is up-to -date.
10. To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 2 years of working experience in credit control
2. Good communication skills and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage).
3. Able to calmly and confidently handle conversations with tenants
4. Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
5. Able to work with minimum supervision
