**Office Location : Taman Kinrara, Puchong**
**JWhat you'll be doing**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (order processing, data entry, invoicing)
- Handling incoming sales inquiries and orders from customers
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to sales activities
- Generating basic sales reports to support the team's performance
- Ensure proper filing and matching of sales documents
- Fostering strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Assist with ad-hoc requests regarding purchases and sales
**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good problem solving skills
- Knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
