**Job Summary**
**Sales Admin**
The Sales Admin assists in supporting the acquisition of sales through his/her generation and follow-up of leads. Through his engagement with customer enquiries and feedback and the preparation and collation of data, he analyses customer behavior to support client acquisition and retention.
Driven and resourceful, the fast pace of work requires working closely with team members to execute sales activities through timely follow-up of information. He is frequently in contact with his team members and provide assistance when needed.
You manage sales teams and facilitate communication between sales representatives. You are in charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations.
It is also your job to help customers and make sales. Sales coordinators need to be friendly and highly organized. You'll spend a lot of time on administrative tasks such as managing schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Develop sales strategies**
- Collect demographic data and descriptions of customer profiles from various sources
- Assist in analysis of customer profiles to enhance performance of sales channels
- Assist in collating feedback to improve sales target development
**Create sales opportunities**
- Coordinate program activities to drive acquisition targets
- Coordinate leads on potential new customers
**Acquire sales accounts**
- Assist in preparation of sales proposals
- Consolidate information on customer requirements
- Communicate technical details and functions of products effectively to customers
**Manage customer relationships**
- Maintain records and documentation of customer engagements
- Maintain customer' data using customer relationship tools to facilitate downstream tracking of buyers and opportunities
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction of products
- Assist customers in resolving technical requests or issues
- Operate new technologies, electronic tools and devices
- Provide assistance in ongoing records and information review to determine effectiveness of work processes and procedures
- Sales Support - Customer Identification/ Sales Tool/Sales Training/ Sales Funnel/Best Practices
- Support continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
**Administration**
- Being the office based right hand to the Sales Director allowing them to spend time with customer driving sales
- Support business projects to deliver new and exciting things to our customer
- Supporting and Updating our E-Com business including suggesting initiatives to drive growth
- Arranging and organizing sales and education material & samples
- Building presentations and business reports
- Supporting of sales /marketing training material
- Sales report movement
- Management Sales/Marketing strategies adherence creation, retention, growth for the key customers
- ERP - Sales /Service CRM: Updating follow up, cleansing and support
- Coordinate on events, roadshow, market research & monitor social media post
- Maintain internal & external parties database, documentation and filling system
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
**Obligations to Marketing/R&D**
- Feedback customer, market information, to sum up experience of success or failure, provide improvement plan, make strategic recommendations, participate & cooperate with promotions & trade fair, visit customers collaboratively, evaluate Marketing Department and R&D Jobs
**Obligations to Operation /Production**
- Provide sales forecast (Budget), On time delivery, Accurate, speed of purchase and accurate produced quantity, provide accurate stock information, master the dealer’s, Customer performance, avoid product backlog, dead inventory, assist with account collection, avoid fake, false, mislead orders, Avoid bad debts and Cash conversion cycle.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in client servicing, customer service or sales.
- Strong tenacity and drive to seek new business and potential clients
- Self-initiated and self-motivated to set and reach targets.
- Good networking and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
