Internship - Human Resources/admin (Up to Rm1k)

**Human Resources Intern**
- Provide HR administrative functions in recruitment, training and development, as well as updating and maintaining HR records.
- Assisting in the hiring program which includes career talks, resume screening, performing phone screening and interview arrangements.
- Assisting in managing monthly training programs from planning, scheduling & preparing the training materials.
- Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.
**Admin Intern**
- Undertake general administrative duties including distribution of minutes, reports and other documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Prepare relevant reports, statistical and analytical reports on admin-related activities
- Undertake and assist in recording and processing invoices, receipts as well as payments as required.
- Assisting in handling company staff’s accommodation tenancy agreement upon renewal period.
- Complete the tasks assigned by the nominated direct supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills, and experience in organizing and planning activities.
- Working Location at Johor Bahru.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
