**About the job Account Executive**:
**Job Position: Account Executive**

**Salary Up To RM4200**

**Location: Klang**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Capability to lead finance team, assist various departments in accounting issues and queries ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate and support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with statutory audit and tax requirements.
- Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested by senior management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy OR no qualification but with sufficient working experience.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skills: Can handle full set Accounts ( Bookkeeping, Prepare Ledgers, Perform Bank Reconciliation)
