Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Input invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting software accurately and promptly.
- Assist in maintaining ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
- Prepare aging reports, accounts receivable summaries, and customer account statements.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and assist in debt collection efforts.
- Organize and file financial records, receipts, and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support to senior accountants and finance managers as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written).
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to meet deadlines, multitask, and work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software is an advantage.
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Saturday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
