Job Description:

- Designing complex integration of IT systems and offering infrastructure services.
- Managing software and hardware installations, specification, testing, and service transition.
- Guiding team members in the execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management processes.
- Evaluating and anticipating system requirements and formulating projections accordingly.
- Reviewing and integrating new systems and automation, offering alternative solutions and improvements.
- Assessing and structuring IT infrastructure projects.
- Addressing any issues related to ICT security and performance.
- Formulating and maintaining diagrams of the IT infrastructure ecosystems.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an SMB/Enterprise system administrator or 3 years as an IT Architect in a global company.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience as a Team Lead.
- Demonstrated understanding of software troubleshooting and maintenance skills, including Windows 10/11/Server, Microsoft Office 365 apps, public cloud infrastructure, VDI,

virtual/physical server maintenance, and up-to-date security methodologies.
- Hands-on experience managing Azure Active Directory, Intune, mailing services, monitoring systems, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Relevant experience with Software-as-a-Service Production environments, both as a private cloud as well as public clouds such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of network and internet technology concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, IPsec, routing protocols, and network cloud services.
- High knowledge and awareness of IT security concepts, including encryption, malware, CVE, etc.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) administration and

customization - Advantage.
- Experience with server virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware and

traditional storage systems - Advantage.
- Experience with telephony technologies and infrastructure, including SIP and VoIP
- Advantage.

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
