Role Overview

We are seeking for various mid -senior to senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. This role is essential for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems, supporting core business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Support and maintain various infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms.
  • Implementation and Automation: Deploy solutions using automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, integrating systems while adhering to security standards.
  • Cloud and Technology Support: Assist with the adoption and management of cloud platforms and modern technologies.
  • Security: Contribute to system security through vulnerability assessments and collaboration with security teams. IAM and SSO
  • Mentorship and Improvement: (For Senior levels) Provide mentorship, lead projects, and focus on optimizing performance and reliability using monitoring and AI tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Relevant experience as an Infrastructure Engineer is required, with opportunities from Associate to Senior levels.
  • Technical Skills: As there are various roles - We are looking for people with proficiency in either of below : operating systems (Linux/Windows) and virtualization (VMware), experience with cloud platforms , networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices are essential. Familiarity with automation tools and monitoring tools is also valuable. Specific knowledge in areas like Identity and Access Management, Network Engineering, or End User Technologies is beneficial for relevant specializations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills are essential.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is typically needed. Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
