Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support the sales team in their day-to-day activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Manage repair status and sales with customers, including coordinating repair requests, communicating repair status updates to customers, and providing recommendations on repair or replacement options.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer database on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role in an industrial automation (engineering) company, with experience managing repair status and sales with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
