**Job Goal**:
- As a Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Sales Administration Manager of the admin department.
- A good opportunity to enhance your multitasking, communication, and administrative skills.
**You will play an important role to**:
- You will issue delivery orders, invoices, warehouse transfers, and cash sales.
- You will monitor delivery status with the warehouse, customers, and forwarding agents.
- You will keep track of customers' outstanding orders, fill up delivery orders’ pricing, do the filing for delivery orders, and complete customers' orders.
- You are important in processing stock adjustments.
- You will submit delivery order running numbers for the closing account.
- You will attend to customers’ requests, indoor sales calls, and inquiries.
**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in administration is required for this position.
- Possess own vehicle and willing to work at Subang Jaya.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Immediate joiner is preferred.
