Job Responsibilities
- Liaising and arrange of forwarders for delivery.
- Attend and follow-up sales enquiries. (support)
- Arranging jobs for technician/engineer. (assist)
- Prepare monthly attendance report, annual leave, consolidation report, stock report.
- Liaising with local supplier for purchase.
- Chasing for debtor payment.
- Office maintenance.
- Control of Petty Cash.
- Travelling arrangement.
- Mailing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma certification,
- Proficiency in windows based program,
- Bilingual in English and Malay,
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience in sale coordination job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
