**Job Summary**:
An E-commerce Executive supports online sales and marketing by managing daily operations, campaigns, and performance tracking across various e-commerce platforms. They are responsible for optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and ensuring smooth online operations. Their role also includes developing and implementing marketing plans, proposing campaigns to boost sales conversions, and managing relationships with business partners.

**We’d love to hear from you**:

- Diploma or Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital retail role.
- Strong understanding of online retail platforms and customer behavior.
- Proficient in Shopify (or similar CMS), Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Passion for fashion and familiarity with modest wear trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

**Your Day-To-Day**:

- Driving sales through various online channels, managing product listings, and optimizing them for maximum visibility.
- Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and search engine optimization (SEO), to increase traffic and conversions.
- Providing prompt and effective customer support, handling inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues related to online orders.
- Managing product listings, promotions, and campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and efficient stock management.
- Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.
- Maintaining the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Providing regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign results, and other key metrics.

**What is expected of you**:

- Familiarity with popular platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop is often required.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and other digital marketingchannels is crucial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are often necessary.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics is important.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues independently and effectively.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, web design, and content management systems (CMS) can be beneficial.
