**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan, manage and execute monthly promotion campaigns to drive sales for online channels.
- Handle key accounts such as brand own E-Store and other marketplaces, which include tasks like maintaining relationships with the platform’s key account managers as well as communicate and negotiate the deals and exposures with them.
- Responsible for day-to-day order processing and work closely with logistics team to monitor order fulfilment progress.
- Create & maintain e-commerce content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products and prices are accurate.
- Work with designer team for online store promotional materials and EDM.
- Analyse and evaluate data and reports to improve and optimise campaign performance.
- Assist in management of digital marketing campaigns implementation & monitoring.
- Present latest update information on market trend by actively engaging in market research.
- Grow and utilize customer database in order to promote sales and marketing activities.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties required.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferable at least a Bachelor Degree in Business/E-commerce/Marketing/Sales or equivalent.
- **Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply**.
- Self-motivated driven, fast learner, able to work independently.
- Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be a strong added advantage.
- Good time management.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
