Administrative Assistant

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist the organisation and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures.
- Assist the facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, work desk allocation, office access card, and phone system.
- Assist the office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, equipment procurement, IT support and maintenance matters.
- Assist the relationship, namely with vendors/suppliers (Door System, Phone-line, Internet, landlord, building management, electrical contractor, Air-Con contractor, Pest Control, Metronics, etc) to upkeep office operation.
- Assist to implement admin policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Provide others administrative support as necessary, including supporting company event, scheduling meeting and creating relevant report.
**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
- Business diploma or equivalent with a min of 3 years administrative and supervisory experience.
- Possess good in English and Bahasa Melayu communication and written skills.
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software.
- Core competencies: communication skills, judgment and problem-solving, planning and organising, work and time management, attention to detail.
