**Responsibilities**:

- Support the day-to-day operations of the Department in order to achieve set Turn-around-Time for all defined processes whilst ensuring the quality of claim processing.
- Familiar with Contractor All Risk Insurance and claims.
- Ensure that issues highlighted are resolved effectively and promptly through the established departmental processes and procedures.
- Assist to develop, document and update policies, procedures and workflow of the department.
- Provide accurate, reliable and timely financial and statistical reporting of operations including claims, recovery, receivables and provisions.
- Constant follow-up with internal and external parties for required information/documents to claim processing.
- Conduct analysis, prepare periodic reports and presentation when required.
- To assist in preparing monthly reports and maintain documentation of processes.
- Participate in process improvement project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department.
- Ensure compliance to policies, guidelines and regulations.
- Willingness to work creatively and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demands of a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Provide feedback for claims processing improvement
- Perform other duties as delegated by immediate superior and the Management

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder preferably in Insurance with Contractor All Risk Insurance.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Construction field or related field preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; written and spoken.
- Adequate negotiation skills.
- Adequate planning and organization skills.
- Pro-active in job responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and presentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
