Klinik Azurose 24 Jam is a fast-growing GP and urgent care clinic committed to delivering excellent, patient-centered healthcare. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Admin Executive (Operations & Records) to join our team in Alam Damai, Cheras.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and well-organised administrative records.
  • Perform data entry for billing, transactions, inventory, HR, and claims.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, properly filed, and easily retrievable.

Panel Claims

  • Prepare and submit panel, TPA, and insurance claims.
  • Track claims, follow up on pending or rejected submissions, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure panel statements and payment records are accurate and up-to-date.

Stock and Inventory

  • Monitor stock levels of medical supplies, consumables, medications, and housekeeping items.
  • Assist with regular stock audits and maintain updated inventory records.
  • Verify supplier invoices against items received.

HR and Administrative Support

  • Update staff attendance and maintain HR records.
  • Assist the Clinic Manager with roster preparation and staff documentation.
  • Prepare staff claim files and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Supplier Coordination

  • Maintain supplier invoices, statements, delivery orders, and related documents.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding invoicing, deliveries, or clarifications.

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly administrative summaries.
  • Submit complete documentation to the Clinic Manager and Bookkeeper.
  • Support compliance with clinic SOPs and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or clinic support roles (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Salary
