Klinik Azurose 24 Jam is a fast-growing GP and urgent care clinic committed to delivering excellent, patient-centered healthcare. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Admin Executive (Operations & Records) to join our team in Alam Damai, Cheras.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and well-organised administrative records.
- Perform data entry for billing, transactions, inventory, HR, and claims.
- Ensure all documents are complete, properly filed, and easily retrievable.
Panel Claims
- Prepare and submit panel, TPA, and insurance claims.
- Track claims, follow up on pending or rejected submissions, and maintain documentation.
- Ensure panel statements and payment records are accurate and up-to-date.
Stock and Inventory
- Monitor stock levels of medical supplies, consumables, medications, and housekeeping items.
- Assist with regular stock audits and maintain updated inventory records.
- Verify supplier invoices against items received.
HR and Administrative Support
- Update staff attendance and maintain HR records.
- Assist the Clinic Manager with roster preparation and staff documentation.
- Prepare staff claim files and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Supplier Coordination
- Maintain supplier invoices, statements, delivery orders, and related documents.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding invoicing, deliveries, or clarifications.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly administrative summaries.
- Submit complete documentation to the Clinic Manager and Bookkeeper.
- Support compliance with clinic SOPs and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or clinic support roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Salary
