We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to support our Group Marketing operations. This role plays a key part in managing marketing claims, supplier coordination, reporting, and assisting with campaign execution across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Claim Submission
  • Manage and track all marketing claims, supplier invoices, and budget usage
  • Prepare monthly claim and budget reports for HQ
  • Coordinate and support claim submissions to principals
  • Ensure all required documents and evidence are complete and accurate
  • Administrative & Marketing Support
  • Assist in monitoring marketing activities and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Provide support for social media and digital marketing tasks when needed

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • 100% marketing claim submission before deadlines
  • Timely payment processing for suppliers/event organizers
  • Accurate and punctual monthly reporting
  • Support social media tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting
