Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITY: Handle all documentations relating to Vehicle Sales.Responsible for registration of new Vehicle Sales Order, issue receipt, new vehicle insurance issuance etc.To ensure that all the procedure of payment is follow accordingly.Assist sales team for submit loan application at bank and to liaise with Bank / Finance Co. officer regarding loan application, loan process and loan disbursement matters.Assist renewal insurance notice, prepare renewal of Vehicle Insurance and road taxAssist in office management and organization proceduresAssist in any ad-hoc task assigned by supervisorCarry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.Input data into accounting system (familiar with SQL accounting system)REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: Possess minimum Diploma or SPM qualification or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of working experience in Automotive industry will be an advantageProficient in Ms Word, Excel & SQL accounting software.Team player with good communication skill among colleagues and Sales Advisors.Self-motivated and willing to learn.Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlineBENEFITS: EPF/PCB/SOCSO/EISAnnual LeaveMedical ClaimBonus based on performanceSALARY:RM 2,100 – RM 2,300 (per month, depend on experiences possess) WORK BASED AT:LOT 26344, JALAN MANDARIN 1, ALAM DAMAI, 56000 KUALA LUMPUR, W.P.K.L.
