Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative duties.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Provide general support to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
