Install, maintain, support & troubleshoot internal staff laptops/PC internal network/systems infrastructure & equipment
- Provide technical assistance to staff whenever it is required
- Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
- Setting up new accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Helping and standby for company event to ensure smooth delivery of IT Device and hardware.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
