Are you ready to lead and make an impact? Event Systematic is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as **Project Manager / General Manager (IT & E-Commerce)**. If you have 3-5 years of experience in online sales and marketing, e-commerce, corporate training, corporate solutions or service sales, and product design, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective **marketing strategies** to drive online sales and corporate client engagement.
- Lead a team to promote and sell company products and services, including corporate training and team-building programs, with or without HRD fund claims.
- Research and analyze market trends to enhance service offerings and product designs.
- Oversee e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize **AI tools** and advanced technologies to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Manage corporate client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Organize and execute team-building activities and training programs for corporate clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in online sales, e-commerce, corporate training, corporate solutions, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media and IT tools.
- Ability to use **AI tools** for marketing and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and formal Malay; **Chinese speaking is an advantage**.
- **Requirements**:

- Hardworking and eager to learn.
- Own transport and ability to travel within the Klang Valley.
