- To understand the company’s management systems and the related procedures.
- To develop good communication skills, and be able to negotiate with customers and the related parties, in order to complete the provided tasks/ projects.
- To provide sales services to all current customers.
- To seek new markets from currently available networks or other potential customers, in order to expand the customer range.
- To study different market groups in order to develop new markets, and to engage business with the said customer.
- To analyses the market and potential customer, adjust sales strategies/ tactics to attain new sales accounts.
- To plan marketing expos, establish booths in marketing expos, display products quality and functionalities, advertise the company.
- To understand customer needs and develop new products to suit the market needs.
- To continuously develop sales tactics and product knowledge etc to increase sales success rates.
- To submit program reports and sales reports [such as daily customer-call reports, weekly work plan and Monthly/ Yearly Sales Coverage Report] to the top management.
- To arrange meetings with customers and attend to necessary meetings/ conferences.
- To reply customer inquiries and complaints.
- To develop a persistent attitude towards failure and retain a strong will to continuously sell the company’s products.
- To display and demonstrate the required products and service to customers and management.
- Ensure smooth transition on order processing, information provision, managing customer needs, quotations, sales follow-ups, develop first-articles, verifying samples, verifying sales orders, ordering customer’s product moulds, assist in production planning, delivery, payment collection and other processes.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
