**We’re Hiring: Retail Area Manager (Full-Time)**
**Coverage Area: Klang Valley & Johor Bahru (Sunway Pyramid | Mid Valley | IOI City Mall | IOI Damansara | Starling Mall | Sunway Velocity | Paradigm PJ | Plaza Low Yat | Paradigm JB)**

**Aihome** is Malaysia’s leading smart living concept store — and we're growing fast across the country. To support our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a **strategic, driven, and hands-on Retail Area Manager** to oversee our outlets and lead our retail teams toward continued success.

**Your Mission**:
As a **Retail Area Manager**, you are responsible for the **performance, productivity, and excellence** of multiple Aihome retail outlets. You will:

- Manage and monitor daily operations of multiple outlets
- Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Supervisors and their teams
- Ensure sales targets, KPIs, and customer service standards are consistently met
- Implement promotional and merchandising strategies
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular store visits to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Report to HQ with insights and action plans

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-outlet retail management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for smart technology and customer experience
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
- Willing to travel between outlets (Klang Valley & JB) and work on weekends/public holidays when needed
- Ability to inspire teams and drive consistent operational excellence

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
