**Key Responsibilities**:
End-to-End Shipment Management
- Oversee the full spectrum of import/export shipments (air, sea, road) for customers, ensuring end-to-end coordination from booking through to delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective coordination of bookings, pickups, customs clearance, and timely deliveries.
- Provide proactive pre-alerts and regular updates on shipment statuses to customers, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Customs & Documentation Handling
- Accurately prepare, review, and submit customs documentation (K1, K2, K8, permits, exemptions).
- Ensure compliance with HS classification, Incoterms, and all customs regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison with customs brokers, ensuring any critical issues are promptly addressed and escalated to customers.

On-Site Support & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for all logistics inquiries from customer’s internal teams.
- Handle urgent shipment requests, including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations or last-minute schedule changes.
- Provide expert advisory on logistics solutions, optimal lead times, and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly shipment status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Track all shipments in real-time, ensuring customers receive consistent and accurate updates.
- Maintain an organized archive of customs and shipping documentation to support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Coordination with Internal Teams
- Collaborate closely with AGX operations, customs brokers, transport partners, and billing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Effectively communicate customer requirements and expectations to internal teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Service Excellence & Issue Resolution
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps in documentation and implement swift resolutions to avoid disruptions.
- Ensure that service levels consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards and agreed KPIs.
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve turnaround times, and reduce logistics costs, without compromising service quality.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the logistics industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
