**Job Description**:
1. Responsible for the following HR functional areas: Organizational Development, HRIS, Employee Relations, Staff Welfare, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment.
2. Support the management team on all people leadership matters
3. Responsible for all HR management and development including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, training and development, talent management, succession planning, performance appraisals and any other HR-related issues.
4. Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
5. Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
6. Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
7. Supervise the operations of an organization’s payroll department.
8. Ensure that all aspects of payroll are processed correctly and on time.
9. Administer payroll procedures, prepare reports for the accounting department, and resolve any payroll problems.
10. To conduct annual performance review & appraisal process.
11. To enhance employee relations including to nurture a positive working environment and to resolve employee relations issue
12. Resolve any issues/challenges/employee relations within the office and advise company on HR
policies, SOP and HR best practice.

**Requirements**:
1. Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8.00am-5.00pm); Saturday (8.00am
- 1.00pm)
2. Minimum 5 years experience in HR with hands-on exposure in recruitment and HR operations.
3. Minimun Diploma in Human Resources or related field required.
4. Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment process
5. Open Gender, Muslim, Malay (Prefer Male)
6. Age 35 years and below
7. Well-versed with Malaysia labour laws, statuory requirements and prevailing human resource practices.
8. Good knowledge of various employment laws, industrial relation and practices
9. Good leadership skill and good organizational and multitasking abilities.
10. Managing foreign workers' affairs

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus
