Cold Stone Creamery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Supervisor. As Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of service crew members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cold Stone Creamery store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train, coach, and mentor service crew members to ensure they are knowledgeable about Cold Stone Creamery products, recipes, and procedures, and provide ongoing support and feedback.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store, including the serving area, kitchen, and restroom facilities, and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of supplies, including ice cream ingredients, mix-ins, toppings, and packaging materials, to ensure sufficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Schedule and assign duties to service crew members to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operation of the store during peak hours and special events.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, including ice cream machines, mixers, and refrigeration units, to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, cash reconciliations, and other administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and team spirit among staff members, encourage collaboration and teamwork, and address any performance issues or conflicts as they arise.
- Uphold Cold Stone Creamery's brand standards and uphold the company's values of quality, innovation, and excellence in every aspect of store operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the store.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant or ice cream shop.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, with a strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- A passion for ice cream and a genuine interest in providing memorable experiences for customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
