**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Promote the product through Social Media platform (Tiktok,FB,Instagram) - Live & Content Posting.
- Process orders via website or phone whatsapp
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices/Bank in Slip /Bizzapp system order
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries/Never Bluetick customer Chat.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records/Know how save customer record
- Develop daily sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Need to check table checking for growth
- Stay up-to-date with new knowledge products and features Qualifications:

- Responsible for answering every question with management and customer

Education level.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Confident level and human sense
- Housekeeping
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
