As a fleet administrator for GetClass Malaysia, you will be joining an exciting business that aims to deliver 5-star chauffeur services by combining new technology with traditional operational quality. Your responsibilities include: - perform data-entry, documentation and administrative processes according to SOPs - ensure proper office and vehicle security, process control and supervision of drivers - assist in operational logistics and vehicle navigation - perform basic customer service function e.g. managing enquiries and bookings You must also be: - willing to work shift hours - willing to work weekends - able to work with mínimal supervision
