Administrative Executive cum Content Creator

JOB BRIEF

We are on the lookout for a talented and versatile Content Creator cum Administrative

Executive who can seamlessly bridge the gap between imaginative content creation and efficient administrative tasks. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand image through innovative content while also ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Office Administration Support**:

- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to assist in office administration tasks, demonstrating your versatility by contributing to the efficient functioning of the office environment.

**Meticulous Record Keeping**:

- Demonstrate your organizational skills by maintaining meticulous records and efficient filing systems that ensure information is easily accessible.

**Strategic Content Creation**:

- Develop compelling and polished content for various platforms, including internal and external social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Your knack for storytelling will help us communicate our brand's values and offerings effectively.

**Engagement Enhancement**:

- Manage and foster user engagement across our social media platforms. Your understanding of audience preferences will be instrumental in creating interactions that resonate and spark meaningful conversations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Education and Qualifications

A minimum of STPM or equivalent educational background that showcases your dedication to learning and growth.

Skills and Knowledge

A proven track record in photo and video creation, reflecting your ability to visually communicate messages and narratives.

Exceptional command of the English language, enabling you to craft engaging content and communication.

A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every piece of content you create or administrative task you handle is executed with precision.
