**We Are Hiring: Credit Control Officer**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage credit control activities, including monitoring and collecting accounts receivables.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all collection efforts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Identify and report delinquent accounts for review and necessary action.
- Take proactive steps to resolve issues affecting timely collection.
- Ensure adherence to established credit policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
- Basic knowledge in preparing daily collection reports.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Numerically accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Confident, independent, and equipped with sound problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Resourceful, energetic, and detail-oriented, especially in handling strategic matters.
