Location: MYEG HQ, ZETRIX Tower, Empire City Damansara Perdana

Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit operations, including monitoring and collection of accounts receivables.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
  • Escalate delinquent accounts for review and necessary action.
  • Take proactive measures to resolve issues to ensure timely collections.
  • Uphold and maintain credit policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or credit control functions.
  • Basic knowledge in preparing daily collection reports.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident, independent, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Resourceful, energetic, and attentive to detail, especially in handling strategic matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
