JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Control Executive in managing customer payments by tracking, collecting, and ensuring timely payments. Key duties include monitoring outstanding accounts, sending reminders, and following up via calls and emails. Credit Control Executive will work with the manager and sales team to resolve payment disputes, update receipts, manage credit holds, and reconcile accounts. Additional responsibilities include meeting collection targets, maintaining overdue payments below 10%, uploading e-billing, processing payment receipts, and releasing orders.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Job Specification:Understand customer's payment system, track & collect payment on time.Monitor, send reminders & follow up customers outstanding by calls and emails.Escalate, work with manager & sales team to resolve customers disputes & late paymentHandle queries & request from sales team & customers from time to timeTo perform daily receipt and ensure it is up to date.Perform credit hold & credit releaseAble to take up ad-hoc job if being assignAble to meet the given deadlineResponsibilitiesTo collect payment on time and bring the account up to date.Update the collection forecast.To upload the E-billing via customers' portal.To do payment receipt.Update the payment status of the invoice >60days.Release the product or service order via ERP system.Reconcile the account from time to time.REQUIREMENT:At least 2 years working experience in related field.Experience in debts recovery will be an added advantage.Experience in E-billing portal.Very good communication skills.Hardworking, pro-active, willing to learn & able to meet deadline.Problem-solving skills.Able to work independent and as a team.Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantageJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to RM5,000.00 per monthBenefits:Additional leaveHealth insuranceMaternity leaveOpportunities for promotionProfessional developmentAbility to commute/relocate:Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Are you Malaysian?How long is your notice period to your current employer?How much is your monthly expected salary?Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Accounts receivable: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
